I provide outpatient therapy services to children, adults, and families addressing issues related, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, grief/loss, divorce, abuse, cancer/medical issues, and women's issues (infertility, perinatal loss, abortion, etc.). My goal is to assist individuals and/or families in finding the balance needed to lead stable, healthy lifestyles while creating and rebuilding essential, life-long relationships. I have worked with children, adults, and families for approximately 20 years and focus on respect, love, connections, and most importantly, discovery...

I was born and raised in Minot, and being an explorer by nature, traveled to many places around the world. So, also naturally, it makes sense to me to explore the inner world, as well. Life is a journey, after all. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from Bellevue University in Nebraska and started my counseling career in the Denver-Metro area back in 2013. The work I do is based largely on a psychospiritual approach, with a focus on resolving unhealed wounds stemming from childhood, both single and complex. Theoretical influences include, Abraham Maslow, Carl Jung, Carl Rogers, and more. When I work with clients, I’m always thinking about the root cause...
Elevate by Mia, LLC
Mia Farstad is a CMA-accredited Certified Sound Healer specializing in nervous system support. She helps clients regulate their nervous system so the body can release stored stress, tension, and overwhelm—creating the conditions for healing, resilience, and lasting well-being.
Mia's approach is rooted in nervous system regulation, grounded presence, and compassionate care. Rather than focusing on what's "wrong," she creates a space where clients feel deeply seen, safe, and supported—allowing the body to soften out of survival mode and reconnect with its natural capacity to heal...
AGLOW Wellness by Shantel LLC
AGLOW Wellness was created as a space for women to escape the busyness of modern life—a place to lay their burdens down and return home to themselves. While there is a space deep within us that is always at peace, the chaos of daily life often silences that connection. This can leave us feeling disconnected and constantly seeking external fulfillment.
Consistent time spent at AGLOW rewires the connection between the brain, body, and breath. We utilize therapeutic muscle work, holistic skincare, nutrition, buccal release, breathwork, and various other forms of nervous system regulation to facilitate this healing...
